Our caravan is an 8 berth and is situated on the most
popular site in Butlins Caravan Village, Dunes.
It has 3 bedrooms with heating in all.
Further heating in the hallway & kitchen and a gas fire
in the lounge. |

The sofa pulls out to make a further double bed in the
lounge.
The caravan is kept to the highest standard of comfort &
cleanliness, always

everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay.

Including crockery, cutlery, pots
& pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker with warmer, large
integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, 2 clothe airer's, Hoover with attachments,
hair dryer, TV, Freeview, DVD, CD player, DVD films & CD music.
Playstation console & games, board games/toys. |

We can also provide a bed guard, travel cot, Short use
carry cot, and pushchair with rain cover for the little ones.
(sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot).

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins passes are all
included in the price.
You will need to provide your own linen/towels
or we can provide them for you at a cost of £30.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire
extinguisher, 2 smoke alarms & a carbon monoxide detector which
are regularly maintained
Please note: We do not allow smoking or pets in the van. |
