BOOKINGS

A booking deposit of £50 is required to secure
your booking. Please ensure that you include this with your
booking form. This deposit is refundable within 14 days of your
departure if there are no damages or breakages during your stay.

On receiving your payment a confirmation of your booking will be
sent. The full balance will be due no later than 4 – 8 weeks
before the start of your holiday.
Should you book four weeks or less before your
holiday the full amount becomes due immediately including the
deposit of £50 (unless prior arrangements have been made).
Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the
right to re-let the caravan.

The person who books the holiday will be
accepting the booking conditions on behalf of the holiday party.

We regret that we do not accept bookings from
parties of all male, or all female or young persons under 21.
·
The price of your holiday includes passes for
using facilities on the park. Your “Entry to the Resort” form
and information on how to collect the keys will be sent to you
on receipt of the full holiday amount.

All terms are either per week (Saturday to
Saturday) or per short break (as agreed by hirer and owners) for
the accommodation as described.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

All
Holiday Caravans are available from 2.00pm on the
booked day of arrival (you are welcome to be on the park earlier
before your accommodation is ready for you to move in) and must
be vacated by 10.00am on the booked date of departure to ensure
thorough cleaning and inventory checking can be completed prior
to the next letting period.
PETS:
Pets are NOT allowed in our holiday caravan.
SMOKING:
Smoking is NOT permitted in our holiday caravan.
LINEN:
Towels and bed linen are not provided. We will
provide pillows and duvets, but please bring your own sheets,
duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you find that you have to cancel your booking,
it is necessary to notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

Up to 8 weeks – loss of deposit only
·
4-8 weeks – 40% of rate refunded
·
2-4 weeks – 10% of rate refunded
·
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
Data Protection:
We guarantee that any information which you give
in regard to this booking will not be divulged or sold to any
third party. The information is only used to make your booking
with us and not for any other purpose.
