Modern Fully Fitted Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and built in full-height fridge/freezer, double oven, stainless steel hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Utensils, Cutlery & Crockery, Ironing board & Steam Iron

Lounge area has 21" TV/DVD player and Freeview Channels.

Dining area has freestanding table with six chairs. Separate WC with wash basin, plus a shower room and toilet.

One double bedroom with 14" TV. Two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have alarm clocks.

Pillows and duvet provided, but please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.

Private Lakeside patio with table and chairs.

Free fishing included and free access to Butlins facilities. There is also a golf course next door to the park.
